Original product description
This customizable light steel poultry house is designed for layer or broiler farming projects. The building layout can be developed around the buyer’s required length, width, height, bird capacity, and local environmental conditions.
Available configurations include an open-sided house, a semi-open house with curtains, and an enclosed design intended to provide greater control over indoor temperature and changing weather conditions. The documented structural system uses welded H-section steel columns and beams with bolted connections.
Listed secondary members include C- or Z-section purlins, angle-steel knee braces, circular steel-pipe tie rods, round-bar braces, and angle, round-bar, or steel-pipe supports. Roof and wall options include steel sheet or sandwich panels made with EPS, glass fiber, rock wool, or PU cores.
Window and door options include aluminium-alloy or PVC windows, sliding sandwich-panel doors, rolling metal doors, and personnel doors. Paint and galvanized finishing options are listed, along with PE, SMP, HDP, and PVDF coatings for corrugated sheets. Design documentation may be prepared using AutoCAD or 3D3S.
