    The 110kV mobile intelligent substation (220kV, 110kV, and 35kV) developed by our group over the past 10 years fully realizes factory production, modular assembly, shielding electromagnetic radiation, occupies less land area, short construction period (put into use at any time), Strong mobility, less investment, flexible layout and other advantages.     Relying on its advanced technological advantages and advanced profit model, our group has successively cooperated with Gezhouba Group Electric Power Company, Huaneng Group Shandong Company, SDIC Electric Power Gansu, Jingneng Group Northwest Thermal Power Company, Northwest Electric Power Construction Company, Heilongjiang Electric Power Construction Company, Shanxi Electric Power Construction Company and many other energy central enterprises have signed strategic cooperation agreements.

    Relying on its technical advantages and team advantages in smart substations, our group signed a smart substation investment agreement with Jize County Government, Hebei Province in October 2017. In January 2018, we established a mixed-ownership power company with Zhengzhou East District Urban Investment Corporation, Henan Province. In June 2018, we helped Zhangjiakou City government completed the planning and preparation of the "Zhangjiakou Comprehensive Energy Solution". In October 2018, it officially signed a 23.2 billion yuan "Zhangjiakou Comprehensive Energy Investment Agreement" with the People's Government of Zhangjiakou City. At present, the group has successfully applied for the "Shangyiyuan Grid Load Storage Integration Project" and the "Shangyi County Coal-to-Electricity Project", successfully won the bid for the "Hebei Jize Incremental Distribution Network Pilot Investment Owner", and successfully applied for Shangyi County. The "Shangyi Wind Power Nearby Consumption Pilot Plan" has passed the demonstration of the Hebei Province Development and Reform Commission and was reported to the National Development and Reform Commission.

Introduction to mobile substation

Xinhuili vehicle-mounted mobile substation mainly consists of:
Zinc oxide lightning arresters, high-voltage switches (GIS or HGIS combination appliances), power transformers, medium-voltage switchgear, AC and DC integrated power systems, measurement, monitoring and protection devices are integrated and designed into high-tech mobile vehicles;

It has the advantages of flexible combination, fast installation, intelligent security monitoring system, intelligent operation and maintenance system, intelligent control system, small size, flexible site selection, convenient operation and use, small investment, quick results, and exemption from land acquisition procedures.

The concept of "mobility" of the substation is based on the proposal and guidance of the former "Second Artillery Corps" chief, and with reference to the concept of a missile launch vehicle, the entire substation is integrated and designed on a high-tech mobile vehicle. It can be quickly maneuvered, transferred quickly, and put into operation. The concept of "intelligence" is reflected through the intelligence of the secondary plan.
