Precautions for operation during welding operations of titanium welding wire:

1. Constructors and welders shall wear clean white gauze gloves (cotton gloves are strictly prohibited).

2. It is forbidden to touch or touch iron objects in the treated welding area.

3. Welding shall be carried out indoors as far as possible, and the ambient wind speed shall be ≤ 0.5m/s to avoid being affected by ventilation.

4. During welding, short arc welding shall be adopted as far as possible, small welding heat input shall be adopted, and the included angle between nozzle and weldment shall be maintained at 70 ~ 80 degrees.
