Epoxy Injection Grout

DEscriptION

TYL®-SuperBond IG is a two component epoxy resin system supplied as Part A & Part B. It is a low modulus, extra low viscous, epoxy adhesive used as an injection grout where minor movement, shock or vibration is evident.

Usage

1. Injection of cracked concrete.

2. Designed to be injected into cracks which will exhibit minor movement or shock or vibration.

3. Used where maximum penetration into small, hairline cracks or fractures required.

Advantage

1. Can be applied in slab cracks, delaminated grout beds, bearing pads, water reservoirs, and bridge decks.

2. It is moisture insensitive allowing for injection into damp cracks.

3. Its low viscosity allows maximum penetration into small, hairline cracks or fractures.

4. After injection and in its cured state, TYL®-SuperBond IG returns structural integrity and protects reinforcement while at the same time compensating for movement and vibration.
