FIBC sewing threads for overlock sewing machine

We manufacture polypropylene and polyethylene sewing threads on modern automated machines, with linear densities of between 1000 and 6600 dtex.

Our sewing threads have an odorless, non-toxic surface treatment that is not hazardous to health. This allows the threads to be sewn quickly without friction and the resulting structural or heat-induced damage. Products sewn with these threads can be used in a wide variety of industrial applications where hygiene is of the utmost importance, especially in the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries.

This sewing thread is used primarily for polypropylene fabric sewing. The thread is very strong and has a high level of elongation, which helps to ensure the integrity of the seams, even under heavy loads. FengDi series sewing threads can be used on sewing equipment with 1) over lock stitching, 2) chain stitching, and 3) two-needle systems.

Packing:

FengDi series sewing threads are supplied on cylindrical spools with paper cores,and packed in PE bags. The threads can he stored for long periods of time in their original packing, if the proper storage conditions are met. The spools are packed in cardboard boxes measuring 1100 x 1100 mm with approximately 54 spools per box. The threads can be stored for at least 24 months
