pharmacological action
1. Inhibition of prostaglandins: It has an inhibitory effect on the formation of prostatic cord in fibroblasts of 3T3 mice transformed by methylcholanthrene, and the median effective inhibitory concentration (ID50) is 42.0UM.
2. Enzyme inhibition: It has inhibitory effect on the whole sugar reductase of rat eye lens, and the half effective inhibitory concentration is 10-6M
3. Antispasmodic: The antispasmodic effect of acetylcholine is 166% of that of papaverine in the small intestine of mice.
4. A group of Japanese and American researchers found through animal experiments that fisetin in vegetables and fruits can help improve memory.
