Heat Resistant Conveyor Belt

Heat resistant conveyor belts are made of heat resistant carcass and an EPDM rubber cover as the top and bottom layer. The carcass is constructed with multiple layers of cotton or polyester canvas as the skeleton material to prolong the working life of the heat resistance conveyor belt. The special design makes the heat conveyor belt ideal for conveying high temperature materials in metallurgy, construction, steel plants, foundries, fertilizer and chemical plants, such as sinter, hot coke, cement clinker, and hot castings up to 175°C. Heat resistant conveyor belts can be divided into four temperature grades, including T1, T2, T3, and T4 to suit different requirements.
