A: We are kiosk case manufacturer&factory and have our own kiosk assemble workshop. Our factory located at Songgang, Shenzhen.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is about 7 days after deposit for sample.
Q: Do you provide samples?
A: Because our MOQ is one piece, free sample is not available.
Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T, Paypal, Wester Union and Trade Assurance are welcome. Usually 50% of total payment as deposit, rest to be balance before delivery.
Q: How long is your Gurranty Period?
A: Our warranty period is one year dated from delivery, during this period, if there is any part cant work, we will help you to fix it, or delivery you replacement for free. Charge required for longer warranty period.
