PVC Conveyor Belts

This light-duty conveyor belt takes braided fabric made of polyester threads that has undergone special technical treatment as the carrier framework. One or both sides are coated with rubber or PVC, PU, PE. It features great strength, little elongation or extension, good bending and twisting ability, stable running, and long service life.

PU conveyor belt has the common traits of high tensile strength, good bending, lightness, thinness and toughness. It also has the outstanding traits of anti-germ, wear-resistance, oil-resistance, nonpoisonous and sanitary, and easy to clean. All of these conform to the management requirement of conveying non-packed food.

PE conveyor belt has the common traits of high tensile strength, good bending, and stable running. It is also nonpoisonous and sanitary, easy to clean, and has smooth surface. It can touch with food directly. It is the ideal matching equipment of deep-processing industry for tobacco, food, meat and fishery, fruit and vegetable

1) Mainly suitable for conveying light-weight materials in food, tobacco, 
electronic, printing, packing, textile and other industries.
2) For conveying medium-weight materials in food, tobacco, electronic, 
printing, packing, textile, dyeing, chemical, leather and other industries
3) For conveying heavyweight materials in metallurgical, building material, 
post chemical and other industries 
4) The green belt is for general purposes
5) The white or transparent ones meet the food sanitation criterion
6) The blackish green or black ones meet static electricity conducting 
requirement
7) Volume resistance: ≤108Ω
8) The frame layer consists of at least one or two layers of braided 
polyester fabrics with rigid weft. For special requirements, the soft fiber 
can be adopted 
9) Abrasive resistance of nylon base: ≤0.05cm3/1.61km
10) Braided polyester thread fabric tensile strength: ≥1,250kgf/cm2
11) Breaking extensibility: ≤20%
12) The width of the conveyor belt exceeds the production width
13) The way of bonding is cold gluing
14) Steel buckle joints can be adopted in special cases
