SAE flanges

SAE Flange is available usually with a O-ring side, a flat side, or a complete set, depending on the hydraulic system requirements. There are four type of connections for SAE flanges: socket weld, butt weld, NPT thread, and BSPP thread.

There are two main series as below:

1. 3000 PSI standard pressure series SAE flanges, this series of flange is also called SAE 3000 flagne or code 61 flange.

2. 6000 PSI high pressure series SAE flanges, this series is also called SAE 6000 flange or code 62 flange.

Size Range:

Younglee's SAE flanges are supplied in size range as below:

- For 3000 psi standard pressure series: 1/2" to 5"

- For 6000 psi high pressure series: 1/2" to 2"

Materials:

SAE flanges are usually available in Carbon steel and stainless steel, other materials also can be supplied on customers' requests.

Applications:

ISO 6162 series SAE flanges are widely used in hydraulic systems, as connectors between hydraulic tubing, hydraulic hoses. It is most safety and leak free connection type in pipe systems, especially in hydraulic pipe systems.
