Silicone Sealant for glass

FIRM BOND ACETIC HIGH GRADE SILICONE SEALANTis one-part room temperature acetic silicone sealant. It has excellent weatherability, waterproof and good adhesion to most construction materials.
 

Application

1. For assembling of doors and windows;
2. For bonding and sealing of glass, glass fiber, rubber, wood, ceramics, metal, plastic, fiber and other greaseless base materials.

3.Suitable for sealing, repairing, glazing and mending of glass, auto　windscreen, glazing for window

panels and other general building materials bonding.
 

Characteristics
1. One-component, acetic cured, RTV, low-modulus;
2. Easy to use, cured quickly, good adhesion to many building materials;
3. Good aging-resistant ability, high flexible, good weatherability;
4. Available Colors: Transparent, White, Grey and Black, or as per customers' requirements.
 

Using Method
1. Get rid of the rust, oil, or any dirty on the operation surfaces, to make sure it completely clean and dry;
2. Cut nozzle to desired size and smoothly extrudes sealant to joint areas;
3. If further sealing needed, should finish operation within 5 minutes. Wipe off the surplus sealant with dry tissue.

4. After completely solidify, amend by knife.

NOTICES
1. Unsuitable for curtain wall structural adhesive;
2. Unsuitable for the airproof location, because it is required to absorb moisture in air to cure for the sealant;
3. Unsuitable for the frosty or moist surface;
4. Unsuitable for the continually soggy place;
5. Can't be used if the temperature is below 4℃or above 50℃on the surface of the material.

Storage & Shelf life

1.The product is nonflammable. Keep dry and shade, air tight during storage.

2.The shelf life is 12 months from date of production stored at 5-27℃,relative humidity below 50%.
