Karma offers a wide range of services including finding the right products for your company, negotiating the best price, freight, customs, insurance, fumigation, adherence to Australian/Canadian/USA Standards, unloading of containers, storage of goods, quality assurance, manufacturing, and good old fashioned face to face customer service.

Best Price

By dealing with the manufacturer, we are removing unnecessary middle men in your transactions and reducing costs.  Knowing and understanding your products allows us to deal with the best manufacturers in your field and ensure that we get the most competitive products from reputable suppliers.

Freight

We can organise Sea or Air freight.  Sea freight is obviously the cheapest option but includes a longer transit time.  We can organise FCL (full container load), LCL (less than container load) or break bulk cargo. We arrange the entire importing process from sourcing to unloading.

Insurance

Insuring your goods during transportation is highly recommended due to the vagaries of international transportation.   Karma, with our freight forwarders, can organise your shipment to be fully insured against loss or damage.

Customs Australia,Canada,USA etc

Karma will organise all the necessary paperwork, arrange prompt clearance of goods and avoid costly demurrage charges with timely submissions.

Standards

We will research the products you require and make sure that they meet the Australian/Canadian/USA Standards that you nominate with the manufacturer to ensure that they produce their goods to the Australian/Canadian/USA standard or an acceptable international standard.

Fumigation

We will ensure that where necessary all goods have been fumigated at port of origin to appropriate Australian/Canadian/USA Standards.  Customs will not release goods unless the correct fumigation certificates are provided and if this is not done correctly it can be time consuming and expensive to have it done on arrival in Australia.

Storage of Goods

We can arrange local storage of your goods here in Australia/Canada/USA or at the country of origin.  It is cheaper to store the goods at country of origin but where possible we will make sure that goods are ready when you need them thus eliminating storage fees.

Unloading your Container

We provide professional destacking of your container if required.  We also offer swing lift placement of containers at your premises. If you have the facilities to unload your own containers, we can advise you of this matter should you wish to do this.

Manufacturing

If you have your own design that you would like manufactured, just give us the details and we will research your design and recommend a suitable manufacturer. In this process we will provide contracts to keep your intellectual property safe.

Quality Assurance

This is regarded as the most important part of our business.  The strict policies and procedures that we have set in place ensure that no faulty goods are dispatched from the supplier.

We only source products directly from manufacturers and do not work through third parties. This way we can secure the most competitive price for our clients, and know exactly where the products are made and regularly visit the factory direct to monitor the process of orders.
