Product Overview

Non - solidify rubber asphalt waterproof coating is a new - type waterproof material newly developed and produced by our company. It is a one - component waterproof coating made from rubber powder, polymers, asphalt and other materials via special modifiers and additives. After application, the product remains a viscous paste, never solidifying, insoluble in water, with high adhesion strength, and adaptable to complex construction surfaces. It can automatically locate water - leaking areas to repair damaged waterproof layers for permanent leakage blocking. Solvent - free, it meets national safety and environmental protection requirements.

 

The coating has outstanding creep performance, good waterproofing and aging resistance. It can be applied by smearing, spraying or grouting for leakage blocking. It can form a composite waterproof layer with waterproof membranes or be used alone (with an isolation layer on the surface).

Scope of Application

Suitable for substrates with large undulations, high stress, and areas with predictable or frequent deformation. Especially for projects where open - flame, mechanical or cold - adhesion construction is prohibited.Applicable to waterproofing projects like concrete/color - steel roofs, underground spaces, water pools and tunnels.
