HPM75 non-magnetic steel can maintain stable austenite in various states, with very low permeability coefficient, high hardness, strength and good wear resistance. It is difficult to cut high manganese steel because of cold working hardening. The grain size, shape and distribution of carbides can be changed by high temperature annealing process, thus the cutting performance of steel can be improved obviously. Using gas soft oxidation process, further improve the surface hardness of steel, increase wear resistance, significantly improve the service life of parts. The steel is suitable for manufacturing non-magnetic mold, non-magnetic bearing, has good toughness and good corrosion resistance at 700℃, is the ideal material for manufacturing non-magnetic mold, product chemical composition is stable, superior performance, long life.
